London and 'all stickered up'!

With less than three weeks to go before the 'off' on May 4th, I have just received the 'Baltic Bound and Around' stickers for my car. With most of the body now covered with past event stickers, I have resorted to using the two side rear windows and applied the stickers to the inside of each window. Even though I say it myself, they look pretty good!

Turning now to our final arrangements. We have booked the Eurotunnel shuttle from Folkestone at 9.20am on May 4th as well as our hotel for the first night in Wesel, the Welcome Hotel on the Rhine. On our way to Wesel we are hoping to call in to see our friends from previous HERO events, Antoine and Maria, who live in Antwerp.

With Kenny and DeeAnne collecting their car from Paris and Ahmad and Reza spending the first night with family near Amsterdam, it is very likely that the first time we will meet as the full group of five will be when we get to Berlin.
